Such a lovely pub and the friendliest service. We had a great lunch and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the pork belly and the white bait! Goats cheese parcel was also a winner!

Great portion sizes. I would suggest a main each and share a bowl of veg and a bowl of chips with another person. Delicious grub! Nice one

The staff are wonderful and so thoughtful, made a real fuss and put up banners for a family members big birthday, and were generally lovely and kind. The food was fabulous and there were options for vegans which we appreciated - especially the sticky toffee pudding and the garlic mushroom starter! May never eat again from being so full, totally worth it!

Booked ahead to be certain of being served on a Saturday evening. Greeted warmly on arrival. Good selection of drinks and menu options. Chose mackerel starter and cod wrapped in parma Ham main - both were well prepared and presented.Already plotting a return in 2023 (after all it is more than 250 miles away from home address)
